Neovascular Glaucoma

Neovascular glaucoma (NVG) is a type of glaucoma that occurs when new blood vessels grow in the front of the eye. These new blood vessels can block the drainage angle, which is the area where fluid drains out of the eye. This can cause an increase in eye pressure, which can damage the optic nerve and lead to vision loss.

If you have any questions or concerns about NVG, talk to your eye doctor.
